Refunds & Returns

We are committed to providing our customers with the best online shopping experience & satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and try to enhance the shopping experience of our customers, while working on your feedback and we are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.

Our Refunds & Returns policy lasts for 30 calendar days. After 30 days of having received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You can request a refund or re-shipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within 45 days (not including the processing time that our stockists require to prepare the order)
  • You receive the wrong item and the refund request is raised within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery


Faulty Items

We work very closely with our stockists to ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping. We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at support@skyeandco.com.au and provide:

  • Your invoice number or order reference number
  • A detailed description of the damage or fault; and
  • Photos (or a video, where appropriate) clearly indicating the damage or faults. If an item appears to be damaged from shipping, photos of the packaging must be provided

Note: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, the Skye & Co team would love to work with you to offer a replacement first. Please contact the team at support@skyeandco.com.au for any concerns or queries.
